Pros

Family First - at least the team I am on - is genuinely interested in helping their agents succeed. By far the most hands on help of any IMO I have tried. They are full of energy and truly walk the walk. For me as a fairly new agent, it has been extremely valuable to be shown - not just told - how great this business can be. They really set the bar high and then lead you to hit your mark.

Cons

None so far. Its a lot of work and there are definitely obstacles and setbacks along the way, but FFL really helps you get past those.

Pros

I have worked with Family First Life for a little over a year. I am able to homeschool my kids and work a successful business. I just saw my numbers and realized i am among the top 100 in the company! This is due to their management, high-energy motivation, beyond-amazing training, AND comp structure. Even if they're not directly in my organization, everyone is so willing to help because it really is a "Family First" mentality.

Cons

If you consider it a con, you have to be disciplined and work hard. If you want to sit around and NOT work YOUR business, do not expect to be successful. This is for driven individuals. Seriously, the only way to not be successful is to not be consistent, determined and follow through. Conversely, you WILL be successful if you are consistent, determined, and follow through. If you don't care about helping families, do not even call about working here. From the top down, we are determined to help as many families (consumers and agents) as possible.
