Great team and can learn a lot from collegues, fast paced, great pay, benefits are fine, transparent, no call for APCs

Cons

No real mentorship or supervising physician other than in name, I was seeing my own patients on day 4 as a new grad, only 3 days of sick

Gained so much experience, nepotism very much involved.

Cons

A lot of nepotism was involved. Despite sharing treatment of certain supervisors to superiors nothing was ever really done and that’s where nepotism came into play. If you know the right people you can move up.
