It's easy enough to get your foot in the door here to gain experience, A majority of staff are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Management is horrible. They are always looking for what is being done wrong instead of what is being done right. There is promise of things getting better,but that never happens. There is no acknowledgment to staff that go above and beyond for the patients every day, there is no boost to moral. Wages are too low for what is expected. Managers bully employees beneath them.
