It's an amazing organization that does an incredible job of recognizing passion and talent. They value the work they do in the community and the team that represents FSA in the community.
Cons
Need more funding. Sometimes it is hard to keep talented and skilled team members because there is low to no funding to be able to provide a competitive rate. Many of us who stay do so because we care about the mission and find ways to make it work. Even though the monetary reward isn't there the reward of making a difference is.
