Pros

There are a variety of programs to participate in for professional development. Services are provided in a variety of clinical settings making experience more varied. Great colleagues provide a supportive and collaborative environment. Clinical supervision is provided.

Cons

Training opportunities can be more difficult to access if you are not English/Spanish bilingual. Some were required to commute long distances to service sites (mileage was reimbursed) Company politics was tiresome sometimes. One could struggle to feel appreciated.

We are delighted by the vote of confidence for the agency and its new CEO who joined the organization on July 1, 2018. We have taken actual to raise vacation of non-exempt employees to that of exempt level employees and to boost the pay of front line supervisors and workers. After all, they are the ones that fulfill our mission every day in supporting our families and program participants.
