This place was awful to work at. The work environment was hostile, one of the teachers that worked there was extremely rude and disrespectful. I also overheard the assistant director talking bad about a child's mom and how big she has gotten.

The pay is decent, the job is decent and the childcare and teachers are amazing. I would highly recommend if you were a parent wanting childcare. The teachers are amazing and very hands on. The coworkers make the job tolerable.

Cons

The Administration staff have horrible attitudes. They are not team players and its every man for themselves. Do not rely on anyone's help. Do not expect anyone to be understanding in anyway. They are not there to help or guide you in any way and if you do not understand the task they will give you attitude and treat you poorly and talk behind your back to everyone possible about how poorly you are doing in their eyes. Dont expect to go on vacation ever.
