Pros

Most of the people in the company are GREAT! One of the reason I stood so long other than the children. The payoff financially wasn’t great but the job was very rewarding.

Cons

Understaffed at times, Minimum wage for a high stress job. The Sites supervisor (K) was extremely rude and all coworkers seemed to say the same thing at all sites.

Pros

There are a variety of programs to participate in for professional development. Services are provided in a variety of clinical settings making experience more varied. Great colleagues provide a supportive and collaborative environment. Clinical supervision is provided.

Cons

Training opportunities can be more difficult to access if you are not English/Spanish bilingual. Some were required to commute long distances to service sites (mileage was reimbursed) Company politics was tiresome sometimes. One could struggle to feel appreciated.
