We appreciate you highlighting the positive work culture we have at Family Services, Inc., as well as, the challenges we face with staffing and compensation. Our leadership team continually targets key points when negotiating contracts including salaries and will continue to ask our funders to allow for livable wages for our staff.

      Coworkers and colleagues are very supportive of one another and will step in when some extra help is needed.

      Cons

      The management can definitely improve. There is high turnover within the agency and it affects the performance of everyone involved.

      Got to learn a lot about the field my internship was in, and everyone I worked with was very helpful and rooted for me.

      Not many cons, the only thing I can think of was not being involved as I wanted to be.
