Pros

I met many staff members throughout my time at Family Services and they were all incredibly supportive, friendly, and welcoming. I felt satisfied with my time at FS and I was given work that I felt proud of at the end of the day. I also noticed numerous job offers and opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Occasionally there are days where there is not much to do, so filling this time up can sometimes be difficult.

It was a slow death, surrounded by senior management comprised of narcissists and a board asleep at the wheel.

good work, good programs for direct to community services, at least the ones they kept.

Cons

promises not kept, overworked a portion of the staff while coddling and kit gloving another portion. If you are going to have policies, enforce them equally amongst all staff.
