Pros

The people (the ones grafting) are the main pro Some nice benefits

Cons

Too many made-up directors who don’t know what they’re doing. The work is piled onto you when you’re already at breaking point. New ‘president’ has no idea about the company and just wants to bring in mates to work alongside him. Ad hoc tasks given with zero notice even though managers have had the request for weeks. Directors don’t appreciate staff, especially the longstanding ones. Often have to work overtime to get your job done, with no thanks. It’s just expected of you.

Pros

None to mention, nothing at all.

Cons

Multiple to list, people hardly stay, not even months and they are always short on resources if any requests are made, horrible team and the work environment. Only people of a specific region favoured for anything. Do not start your career here, specifically for the PSA role. You'll end up no where.
