Pros

Lunch and dinner provided so you can work crazy hours if that is a pro for you.

Cons

Highly unethical company that scams its customers and asks employees to join in on that. I had never worked for a company such as this and couldn't believe their 'business model'. If you don't care how you get revenue/profit, go for it. But, if you actually care about how a business should make money and treat customers right for long term profit and loyalty - run far from this place. Look it up online. Look up the CEO online. You'll see it for yourself.

Located in San Diego, lunch and dinner provided, fun social events

Cons

Where do I begin? Extremely long hours, expectations from management are a moving target, extremely unprofessional working environment, unethical business practices, no work/life balance, cult-like devotion required of all employes, no benefits, uncompetitive pay, zero training. The list goes on and on
