The interview process and layoff cycles resulted in a very junior, but still high quality group of engineers Ambitious, excited workforce was a pleasure to be around Downtown location was an easy commute from some beautiful neighborhoods You'll leave with a healthy skepticism for deeply exploitative companies

Whimsical and ridiculous management under the name of Experimental Democratic Socializing Website. The best approach to solve problem is to keep them ignored and put off until they disappear themselves or people get so fed up with the process to give up.

Pros

Live in San Diego. Understand how awful a company be to never accept that kind of behavior again.

Cons

CEO extremely unethical and was okay with scamming customers, providing no customer service, encouraging unfair competition among employees, providing lunch and dinner to keep employees working crazy hours and actually thinking he would soon be on the cover of a magazine opposite Bill Gates. He obviously drank his own Kool-aid.
