Pros

They are really aware of where and how they're lacking in management and have made huge leaps and bounds to find leaders who really embody the companies values, and they're people first. Which I think is so important, and something I really love about the leadership here. It hasn't been pretty at times, but they're always striving to do better.

Cons

Pay has ALWAYS been lower than competitive landscape, or similar roles in different industries.
