Pros

Good benefits - 401k, lifestyle spending account $500, medical dental, HSA, tuition reiumbursement, housing stipend

Cons

ZERO growth in career Stagnant organization Taken over by Pulte so mass layoffs, negative people, zero transparency now, systems out of wack, it is just a waiting game it felt like. I got laid off in CRCD two weeks ago. I’m actually very happy because I do not want to be working for a basket organization like FM. They put you in golden handcuffs so you don’t leave and then fire you without notice. The benefits are NOT worth the cost and stress of Pulte’s nonsense

Pros

Good benefits (401k, insurance, PTO) unless administration takes them away

Cons

Senior leadership is out of touch and are puppets of Pulte. Forced RTO with no notice, layoffs, and disorganization/lack of communication from senior leadership are creating a hostile work environment. Poor work life balance due to long work hours and inadequate staffing levels,

Pros

Free $10 voucher for snacks at the office.

Cons

This place is terrible show under the new admin. The firm is being politicized and it has ruined the morale and culture. Mass layoffs. People just disappear. Never worked at a place that took a nosedive so quickly.
