Be ware of all the Good ratings till you hit the road ******* I saw all the reviews - seems way different from what I experienced. Everyday was full of only meetings with Manager who only dances around to yes to all and point fingers - never take ownership. Worst experience in my 20 years career. Management may have good intention but check how many turnovers from the group before joining the group as too many worthless incompetent managers are there.

Senior Exec management is pro-employee but there is a huge disconnect at middle/first level management levels. Company culture is on a downhill path for last 5 years, many with institution knowledge already left. Experienced (close to 8-10 years) are humiliated they leave on their own so company does not have to pay severance. No promotions and career growth unless you are in a favored list. Very bad internal recruitment system with no accountability, favors managers bring their own internal or from external resources.
