Pros

I think the company is great, the people are easy to work with. The company really likes to encourage employees to grow in their career with many programs to support that. This company has competitive pay compared to other Fintech, but nothing near big tech level.

Cons

When covid hit it was full WFH. Now with the new executive board it all changed to 3 days in office and 2 day in office. Those who refused to relocate back to their office were usually let go. Sad that with the new FHFA taking over the company flipped their stance 180 from supporting WFH flexibility to mandating returning to office. Pay has not increased much aside from the 2%.

401k match… (for now but they’ve been stripping benefits away)

Cons

Place has been overrun by toxic leadership. Lots of layoffs. There are no longer “half day” Fridays + mandatory return to office now in place. Company previously celebrated diversity but we were now told that anyone wearing pride gear will face repercussions. It’s very shameful.

Benefits are still fairly good, but they’re getting worse

Cons

The place is completely toxic now. The entire leadership team is completely selfish and unethical. The company has gone completely downhill with no signs of improving. Employees are treated poorly, and there is almost no method to the madness of the management committee, besides unrelenting selfishness.
