Pros

Good compensation and benefits Looks strong on paper from a DEI and mission standpoint Stable organization with high visibility in the market Some smart and thoughtful colleagues doing their best inside the system

Cons

Siloed and hierarchical Growth is limited unless you're in the right internal network Real feedback can be unwelcome The culture does not match the public messaging Authenticity can be seen as a threat depending on your team

Pros

Fair benefits Ok salaries (depending on what group you are in, some departments have low wages and treat people not too well. While others have a better pay and the treatment is better as well

Cons

Lots f layoffs, low morale, lots of unmotivated employees, poor management. The day to day "production work" is very heavy and on top of that there is an unrealistic expectation to innovate and be a super star every second of the day and not having time to do so.
