Pros

I love the flexible Fridays. The half days on Friday allow us to have a better work life balance. The insurance is okay, it is kind of expensive.

Cons

There is a lack of guidance and training. There isn't enough job aids or procedure manuals. The hierarchy is confusing and it's hard to know who to contact when asking about certain topics. The people who have been working in the company a long time just expect the new people to know everything that they do, There is a lot of attrition which is worrisome.

Pros

Very accepting of low caliber employees and people who lack integrity. You don’t need to be very talented to get by here.

Cons

One of the most toxic work environments. People stab each other in the back. Lack integrity. Anyone with talent leaves because of the FHFA and politics that has paralyzed the company for years and turned it into a zombie company.
