Pros

Good Benefits, atthough not the best

Cons

Employees' skills are on the low level side. Gossip and back-stabbing are core values there. They are rewarded generously

Pros

People, Compensation/Benefits. The work is challenging and the pay and benefits are like "golden handcuffs". Executives at this company are paid an exorbitant amount of money but everyone is compensated well.

Cons

Limited career growth; promotions heavily influenced by internal politics and "who you know" philosophy. Senior leadership is not approachable/not visible

Pros

They are at the forefront of industry changes.

Cons

They are at the mercy of FHFA, their regulator. Low morale and pay, high turnover.
