Ton of Flexibility

Pros

FareHarbor is a fun place to work and offers a ton a flexibility. With that being said, you sacrifice pay. 26 PTO days per year. Clients are needy but that helped me learn and understand not being in the industry previously.

Cons

I'm money motivated so I was actively trying to outperform my peers and make some money along the way. I wasn't notified of commission until I asked about them. In order to make a decent amount of commission, you will need to sell a lot! I'd say close 5 products a week. Not always realistic however I was making big strides within my final month.

Depends on your luck

Pros

If you're lucky, you can get nice salary with minimal responsibilities. It's an extremely slow-moving environment.

Cons

If you're unlucky, you'll be overworked and underpaid.
