I joined the FareHarbor team 2.5 months ago after 8 years in a completely different industry. I was super scared to leave something that I knew so well to start at square one, but I'm very happy with my decision. I am not the most technology savvy individual, but have had such a friendly, supportive and hardworking community to help me through it all. I honestly say that I look forward to coming to work everyday and learn something new. Since the company is still growing there is so much flexibility that I truly appreciate. My opinions/ advice are always taken into consideration and it’s the kind of work environment that I feel safe to share. We all trust each other to pull our weight and it's a great feeling to be a part of something so special. I'm very happy with my decision to join FareHarbor and I look forward to the years to come!
