Pros
FareHarbor has grown a lot in very little time but it still feels like a family. Everyone is willing to help and has great energy and that helps a lot to keep you motivated! Besides, communication between departments is not only easy but also encouraged!
Specifically in Sales, we have a lot of freedom to work the leads our own way, however, if you need guidance or just want some fresh ideas, you can always count on your manager or your team mates! Sometimes we play sales games which makes the workday more fun!
At FareHarbor, they care about your mental health; there are many initiatives to help employees during this pandemic (random coffee breaks to meet with colleagues you don't normally work with, HeadSpace subscription, Wellbeing workshops, WFH allowance, "Fun Fridays"...)
It is also a great place to work if you're looking for a place that encourages diversity and inclusion!
All-in-all, FareHarbor is great and I wish them all the best!!
Cons
Base salary as a sales representative is a bit low but there's potential to earn good money with commissions.
