      Thank you for sharing your concerns! As we announced earlier this year, we have a new, automated, performance review process being introduced next month. As part of our review process, we are taking a deeper dive into evaluating pay across teams. We appreciate the feedback as we start the process. It really does help us make the right kinds of change.
