      Learn a wide breadth of things in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities after training. No management feedback about performance. Underpaid in relation to the industry.

      good peers, average pay and great clients.

      Cons

      horrible management, average pay, way to much senior citizen leadership just making the high salaries and doing nothing.
