Pros

The best decision I ever made in my career was to join Farm Journal. The company has offered me tremendous opportunity to expand and do the things I enjoy the most while supporting me in areas I am not as well suited for.

Cons

The company is expanding and growing quickly which can make for an ever changing environment. Those not well equipped to pivot quickly could find themselves frustrated.

Pros

A great company that is dedicated to serving agriculture with a CEO and management team that are truly visionary and innovative.

Cons

Media consumption is changing, not just in agriculture but across B2B markets. Farm Journal is adapting to the evolving market which means change can be a constant. This may not be an environment for everyone but if you can embrace change there is tremondous opportunity for those who can.
