Pros

Good work environment, laid back management. There's a lot of change and growth at present, which holds the potential for new opportunities and responsibilities.

Cons

Not always enough communication from management or the sense that what you're doing is going to matter to anyone but you.

Pros

Colleagues were absolutely wonderful to work with and the atmosphere was pleasant to work in. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Upper management and C-level leadership were also wonderful to work with. Benefits were great and salary was competitive. It was a pleasure coming into work each day - I would work for this organization again if I had the opportunity!

Cons

Any downfalls I could possibly come up with are very minimal and are present no matter where you work (i.e., management styles).
