Pros

Co-workers were hard-working dedicated people. The people at FJM care about the company and its direction. Chicago office is a beautiful place to work. Flexibility and vacation is great.

Cons

Compensation is low especially for online media and the hours that are put in. Work/life balance is very skewed toward work. The company continues to hire more superfluous VPs and more layers of management (read: external) while neglecting the people "who keep the lights on." No bonuses for years, minimal raises, and unrealistic budgets keep FJM from being competitive for talent. 2016 re-org was an unmitigated nightmare.
