Health insurance is decent Holidays!

Cons

HR and Senior Leadership ignore issues within. Managers that belittle employees and micro-manage. High turnover.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

You could potentially be harassed or more likely belittled by the all white male leadership team. I was talked to like a little girl while employed with FJM.

High turnover and horrible management

Pros

Health insurance is BCBS PPO. High deductible but company gives money on FSA card towards it. Actually better than a lot of companies.

Cons

Too many to mention. A lot of senior management and executives who are managers and not leaders. Morale is very poor. Turnover rate in a certain area of company is extremely high; and senior managers in that area are not respectful to employees and are verbally abusive. There needs to be a complete senior management overhaul with people who understand the agriculture industry and I think that area can be successful.
