Pros

The team at FarmWise is extremely talented. Everyone is a team player here and always willing to step up to help. Our co-founders are great leaders and very proactive, lots of open communication throughout the teams. Overall, we have a collaborative working environment that really allows you to be a part of our overall mission.

Cons

Even after being here for over a year, I cannot think of any.

* Team of brilliant engineers in Paris and San Francisco * All the projects are challenging yet really fascinating * FarmWise's products make a lot of sense to build a greener world, that's really grateful to contribute to it * Hybrid work-from-home policy

* Time difference between the team in France and California can sometimes be complicated but not a main issue at all
