Pros

Benefits and it being remote

Cons

High stress, little support Frequent micromanagement and constant feedback contribute to burnout. Supervisors are often unavailable or unwilling to support during escalated calls requesting their help with irate customers usually results in a coaching form against you, even if the escalation was necessary. You're assigned extra responsibilities like commercial or assigned risk which leads to nonstop calls and more pressure to maintain metrics for the same amount of pay before they had you in these call queues. Falling short in any area only brings more coaching, creating a stressful and unsustainable environment.
