Pros

Work is slow most days Pay is relatively ok

Cons

Management is always changing so everyone does something different and catering to that can be difficult. The rules for servicing will be outlined and not flexible and then the customer or agent you speak with will yell and swear at you to escalate to a Supervisor - when you get them to the supervisor they supervisor will just allow whatever they requested and when the negative review comes back for the interaction tell you that next time just give them what they want despite you getting QA issues for following that advice.
