Pros
This company has a solid recruitment team whom have hired passionate and skilled employees. Great people at each of the Colorado locations! While employed at FGI I felt like I was mentored by my supervisor and my supervisor was invested in my career. The HR department is always looking for ways to improve benefits, team effectiveness, and general retention. IT department kept us up to date on technology. On my two year mark I got a new laptop. (Not to say that's general policy but was definitely a perk at the time!) Farnsworth Group invests in their staff, and with that you'll see some big anniversaries celebrated at each month's Center Meeting.
Cons
This company runs on old business best practices. There is very little room for flexible work hours and most staff are not approved to work from home. Leadership practices are stuck in the 90s (though I'll give them credit for the consistency). This company has a strong culture, though.
