      Tremendous opportunity for those willing to create, provide innovation, and work hard for Clients on a variety of projects. Tremendous Culture with team members within the firm. Locations available in attractive locations across the country within full service engineering and architectural firm. Fun environment - review F-W.com

      Pros far out way any cons. Be prepared to work on a variety of projects and opportunities with a talented and energized team. Consulting projects for some clients although very rewarding and challenging can have some fast paced schedules

      Pretty relaxed about life, can run a little late or leave early if need be without much issue.

      Cons

      Poor pay, Poor treatment, Poor raises, Poor advancement opportunities, Poor vacation time, Poor sick time, Poor management, insulting staff, ego trip owners, sexual harassment, terrible HR, etc.

      Pros

      Great staff. You are entrusted with a high level of responsibility, but with that comes professional growth and opportunity. Disciplinary groups are fairly small so there is a strong team environment with each person having influence on the practice and on success of group. Recently formed structural team in Denver office shows great promise and is growing both in terms of staff and size of projects and focused on producing quality work. Other structural teams within company are also made up of quality staff. Good project variety and exposure to other design disciplines. Competitive salary compared to other firms in Denver metro.

      Cons

      When workload stacks up sometimes overtime is required to meet deadlines due to smaller size of groups. This has more to do with nature of industry than Farnsworth, but does occasionally happen. Generally work-life balance is reasonable. Bonuses not always great but higher salary makes up for it.
