Pros

I have been provided numerous opportunities to grow my skills at Farragut and take on a lot of responsibilities that I do not believe would be available to me at other, larger companies. Farragut offers very good benefits and a challenging work environment. My experience has been that the management team is extremely thoughtful and deliberate with the strategic plans for the company. There are a lot of very sharp people at Farragut and that makes for a dynamic environment.

Cons

Farragut has the heart of a truly entrepreneurial company and that type of organization/environment is NOT for everyone. At this point in time, Farragut is growing fast and growth is not always a smooth and painless process.

Excellent management. Farragut is very team minded and service driven. The best part of working there is being part of the Farragut family. They work hard to identify personal strengths and align workloads and tasks accordingly. Farragut is growing rapidly and has a lot of opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Cons

Farragut is growing rapidly, in order to keep up with the growth extra hours may be required.
