      Pros

      Your experience will depend on what team your on, what location, and who is the Project Manager. It could be great it could be awful or anywhere in between. It's a total ring toss! Pretty good health insurance Good pay for most positions (some are seriously underpaid tho) Travel opportunity including yearly fun trip Some great peeps

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility especially for WFH in most places Most roles require you to move every few years Some jobs expected to work grueling hours Not much room for growth Low PTO And they recently gutted their so called sabbatical program so that's no longer a plus Toxicity allowed and trickles down from the top Cult-like culture as many ppl have never worked elsewhere . They are just really out of touch and behind times Rules unevenly applied
