      Even archeologists don't get to work with artifacts this outdated

      Cons

      You will only develop irrelevant, outdated tech skills Extraordinarily low pay considering they claim to reside in the tech industry Poor quality products that are the simple result of a lack of competitors due to the space being so unattractive A lot of people seem to be brainwashed into thinking that their job is half-decent, which it isn't considering your skills do not apply anywhere else

      there are none but I have to type something here....

      please read the in-depth 1 star reviews - they are accurate You will get stagnate in the field. proprietary software, you'll be using a GUI to essentially drag and drop to make updates , there is no coding involved no work life balance, you will be expected to work over 40 hours a week and spend the weekend with your coworkers and after work with them. heavy drinking culture

      Pros

      Some of the things Fast does is good, but its really all meant to cover up the bad until you burn out and leave. -Paid Overtime -Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Hasn't happened the last two years with no compensating incentives -Fully paid benefits

      Cons

      -Old technology and ideas -Inflexibility to allow the company to retain good employees -No Remote Work -Few advancement opportunities and if you are promoted, you do not receive a raise for up to a year -Bonuses are small and the PMs and Partners allowed to increase them often play favorites -Management positions are dictated by who has been there the longest, not based on abilities -Flat corporate structure with open door policy to management and partners is an illusion
