      Experienced employees are undervalued

      Pros

      Good pay for new hires, raises go down significantly for experienced employees

      Cons

      Upper Management values new hires more than experienced employees who do the vast majority of the work. New hires are now able to make similar pay and time off to experienced employees with over 10 years of service. The new salary structure implemented this year considerably favors newer employees and doesn’t create incentive to stay around after 5 years.

      Pros

      Annual company trip for the AGM, comprehensive health insurance that includes coverage for spouse and children, 30 days of work-from-home allowance per year, supportive work environment, friendly and collaborative colleagues.

      Cons

      They offer a competitive compensation package, and they’ve recently made updates to their compensation structure. However, it now differs from the structure used in the U.S. Going forward, salary adjustments will be reviewed based on individual performance and current market rates for each role. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed of these changes in advance. Still, that's how life goes—some years are more fruitful than others. Nonetheless, I'm always grateful.

      Fast has revently changed their philosophy to doscpurage excessive orvertime and promote a work life balance

      Cons

      They till expect massive amounts of overtime, thwy just stoppwd paying you for it. They also changed the sallary system so you can no longer expect annual raises that are higher than inflation
