Pros
Good pay for new hires, raises go down significantly for experienced employees
Cons
Upper Management values new hires more than experienced employees who do the vast majority of the work. New hires are now able to make similar pay and time off to experienced employees with over 10 years of service. The new salary structure implemented this year considerably favors newer employees and doesn’t create incentive to stay around after 5 years.
