Fast Enterprises reviews

I joined Fast Enterprises in Sep 2023. On the very first day, they said "We never laid off anyone in the last 20 years. It's not our policy and we deeply value our employees" etc. In just 3 months, they laid off almost half of the people in my team including me giving a reason like We are not fit for FAST. The only reason was they were not getting projects and government contracts, they fired so many people. The window was very short and They were blaming us that we were not performing well without any proper training in their software or documentation. My manager and my team were so toxic in the last two weeks that they mentally tortured us based on performance. Our confidence was at rock bottom. At the end, my only advice to new joiners is to never settle for less. There are so many companies that actually value their employees.
