I like what I do...A LOT. It's a great mix of technical/soft skills that makes it a perfect fit for me. There are tons of opportunities for growth and learning. My co-workers are my friends. The benefits are top notch and constantly improving! I get to move around and check out other places on the continent (and opportunities for the world!) We get to do team building events like rock climbing, rafting, warrior dashes, weight lifting workshops, kickball teams, etc. There are a lot of women in technical roles, over 21%, which is pretty awesome! I feel we are truly valued as employees.

Cons

We have to work in our clients' offices, which aren't always the "coolest": We don't always have the option of standing desks and there's never a foosball table, for example. This also means we have to wear business outfits...no jeans and t-shirts, no pink mohawks. These are pretty small cons in the big picture though.
