      Cons

      - Travel (this is also a con to some. The travel is great but they will send you wherever they need you the most. Overall, the opportunity to travel to so many places since working for FAST has been great, whether it be for AGM, a conference, or for vacation. - Working with people from all over the world can be a con in a sense that you are working with people with different backgrounds, work ethics, morals, etc. all the time who may not always agree with you or see things the way that you do. Proper communication is the answer to this. -They mention kissing up to people a lot in the reviews on Glassdoor, also true.

      Pros

      Work hard play hard. That tends to be the motto. Upper management cares a lot about their employees.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that at times you will have to work long hours which isn't for everyone. You do get well compensated though.

      Pros

      The best thing about fast is the people and team activities. At my site we have tons of fast sponsored team events like going to baseball games and dinners and my wife is always invited. It's great to be part of a company which treats its employees and their families so well. Thank you Fast Enterprises for being family friendly!

      Cons

      Fast is continuously improving the work experience. I honestly can't think of any cons. A year ago I could have mentioned some cons but at this year's AGM Fast rolled out new programs which fixed any con I could have mentioned. Working for Fast just keeps getting better and better.
