Pros

I really enjoyed the way that FAST treated their employees. The benefits are great and when it's not extremely busy, you can request time off. The average age of the employees is ~27, so there are a lot of people that have just graduated college and this is their first job. The Annual General Meeting is spectacular and so is the pay/benefits.

Cons

You don't get a lot of feedback about how you're doing. Reviews are annual. You can move at anytime with little notice, but you get compensated well for that. Not much recognition for individual accomplishments.

Management doesn't care. Burn out. Unsustainable overtime.

Pros

Great team spirit, merit based advancement opportunities, business model adds value to all taxpayers, love that we deliver 'on time and on budget' , flat organization model, owners still involved in product development and project management.

Cons

Relocation can be challenging, sometimes it feels like there is so much work to do it can feel overwhelming (although we always seem to get it done).
