Pros

Good benefits, some enjoyable coworkers, opportunities to live in different places

Cons

- Big technical skill gap between strong performers and those without CS background - Lots of unnecessary forced OT just to make up for poor management and underperforming coworkers - On-site management quality varies significantly and has lots of turnover and changes - Reject becoming a manager too many times (their job tasks are horribly repetitive and boring) but gaining the respect of your coworkers will turn you into a threat and you will be moved or fired - No career opportunities outside of company - Company is becoming too corporate in all the wrong ways

Excellent job security; excellent benefits; daily variety; positive work environment; good client relations; strong ethics; intelligent and friendly co-workers; merit-based compensation.

Cons

Fast employees follow the work around. Rather than having a home base and making weekly commutes to the work site, Fast chooses to relocate employees to the city where the project is. Since projects typically last two to four years, employees can expect to move several times during their career. Applicants not willing to relocate will not likely be considered for hiring.
