      Pros

      FAST is filled with talented and motivated people. The company structure allows many young and less experienced people to grow and learn. Great compensation and benefits for the experience level, as many employees are hired right out of college. It is definitely a 'work hard, play hard' culture. If you perform well and show you are capable of more responsibility, you will get it.

      Cons

      As many have said, moving is a requirement and that can be difficult after multiple re-locations. Overtime is also inevitable, but you are compensated for the hours you work so this could arguably be a "pro".

      Pros

      They have great opportunity to see different parts of the county and world. They have some of the best benefits and pay that you can find compared to other careers in this field. They have a very positive long-term outlook, and they are growing at a comfortable rate. They are also working very hard at making the company better as time goes on.

      Cons

      If you do not want to re-locate every few years, then this company is not for you. They are, however, working hard at making sure employees end up in or near a location that they want to be. You can be expected to work A LOT of overtime, but you are compensated base on your hourly rate, which is not common for other salary careers.

      Pros

      Fast has a culture where the "industry norm" doesn't control. The culture is strongly influence by "what is right" and not by "what is easy" or "what is typical". The partners are available for consultation and discussion - much different than a normal corporation. The company gives back to employees in ways unlike any other place I have worked. The company thrives with new graduates and embraces the idea of teaching on the job. There are not many companies like this one - though some people may not be "blown away" if they haven't had another professional job before. This company is truly unique.

      Cons

      I haven't really found any at all. I enjoy what I do, who I work with, and how much I work. Everyone is very down to earth, approachable, and even-tempered. It seems that everyone here is generally intelligent and wants to do the right thing.
