Pros

If you like to spend your free time with your coworkers, you can fit right in at a place like this.

Cons

You get moved without regard to your opinion or family life. I've firsthand seen guys who worked 10+ years with the company, willing to take a 50% pay cut in order to stay in the same place, and still they don't get it.

Pros

Money. They get you drunk a lot.

Cons

Poor Management. Lack of training. Lack of professional/personal development. You get a piece of candy if you work overtime. You might live in WV or Canada. Morale is low; no one speaks to each other (just stare at a computer). Zero collaboration. Non-dynamic. Un-supportive environment. Move from home and provide no means of getting home on holidays. Moving company will break things that are important however unimportant to the company (moved twice, both times broke something irreplaceable).

Pros

They treat employees well and most people are great to work with.

Cons

As with most corporations, there are too many politics. You may only get a day's (a few weeks on average) notice to permanently move to a different location. There is no 401K matching. The hours are long and the client can be extremely difficult. Can sometimes be a "boy's club" type of environment and a popularity contest.
