Team Work at Fast Signs

Pros

I worked for a brief period with the Fast Signs shop in Santa Rosa, CA. The overall experience was very positive in this high-paced shop. Great care was taken in customer service and the communications between sales and production. I recommend working for this company.

Cons

If you don't have any sign shop experience, you will have to come up to speed quickly and it's not always easy to get help from co-workers because they are usually focused on tasks.

Great management and trusting employees. Great training and a lot of tools to help you succeed.

Cons

Customers could be a little indecisive, but you are there to help them find the best solutions. Production has it pretty tough when the resources are not functioning properly.

Lots of challenges. Interesting variety of projects to work on.

Cons

Totally depends upon who the owner is. If you work at a fastsigns where the designers are good, sharing of leads is fair, and production is on time...it's great. If any of these areas fails...life is too hard.
