It proved to be a great environment for cultivating my professional confidence. I learned a great deal about customer service and professionalism. The store owner was very nice and approachable. He gave me space and trusted my judgement. Coworkers were all friendly and easy to work with. Great customers.

Cons

No cons worth mentioning. Overall it was a great part time job.

This is a stand-up company with a solid foundation in the sign industry that offers a very diverse assortment of signage.

These are typically small shops with very few employees which can limit your ability for growth within the company structure.

Pros

Great location, very friendly professional employees. Offer training classes daily on different softwares. Good Benefits. Marketing/Training make this a fun place to work for.

Cons

The department that manages the employment compliance, does not always follow the rules, they expect all managers and employees to follow. They are so busy looking at other employees in the company instead of looking at their own employees in their department not following policies and compliance. For example: Advances to one employee only a couple times a year, then forgiving them when they can not pay them back, just leaves a bad taste in your mouth, when you know it's wrong.
