Pros

A great opportunity to learn the business and equipment. That’s about it

Cons

Place is extremely messy, not organized at all. Steve talked to everybody in a very condescending way, making you feel undervalued. If you make a mistake due to lack of training, he will take the opportunity to chastise you. He cannot keep employees more than a week due to how he operates his business and treats his employees.
