Pros

- great place to get design experience -owner was very nice and treated you like a friend -got to learn about sign building - if you are a hands-on person you might enjoy going out and installing signs.

Cons

-not enough pay for daily expenses. -no health insurance

Cons

Training was horrible. They never show you what you’ll actually have to go through in person. Tech support sucks. Literally no benefits.
