Pros

Great entry level job for a graphic designer. Individually owned so you could get an awesome owner, like me.

Cons

Individually owned, so you could get a terrible owner/manager. Very few fastsigns employees will have a similar work experience due to these being franchises. Shops are small so there’s no room to move up
