Pros

You learn so quickly and so much from this job right out of the gate. They have amazing resources outside of your branch just incase you need extra help. I loved working for FastSigns because it expanded my skills so much.

Cons

It can be laborious and require you to be on your feet a lot, lift heavy items, work on weeding vinyl for days at a time, etc. Just know it's not just a desk position that can be hard for some people.
